License information

This page summarizes the intended LocaleSound license model. The final rights and restrictions are defined by the individual license document issued for the customer and venue after payment.

Venue radio subscription

LocaleSound is offered as a private internet radio subscription for one specified venue. The public website presents the entry price as from 19 EUR per month for one venue, with two simultaneous streams included.

One subscription, one venue

Each subscription is assigned to one specific restaurant, hotel, cafe, bar, salon or business space. Additional locations require additional subscriptions.

Radio access

The customer receives access to LocaleSound radio channels for use during the subscription period in the specified venue. The license does not transfer ownership of copyrights or master rights to the customer.

Use outside the licensed venue

The radio stream should not be redistributed, resold, recorded as a separate product or used in locations that are not covered by the issued license.

Documents

After payment, the customer should receive the relevant invoice or sales document and a license document identifying the customer, the venue and the license period.

Other music sources

The LocaleSound license covers music played from the LocaleSound radio stream. If a venue also plays radio, TV, streaming services or third-party repertoire, separate rules, permissions or fees may apply.
